On 30 October 2017, the Tunisian-Swedish Chamber of Commerce (CCTS) was officially inaugurated at the residence of the Ambassador of Sweden in Tunis, H.E. Fredrik Florén.
The ceremony took place in the presence of H.E. Ann Linde, Swedish Minister for EU Affairs and Trade, and coincided with the celebration of the first anniversary of the reopening of the Embassy of Sweden in Tunisia.
The new chamber, chaired by Mr. Aziz Zouhir, General Manager of Sancella Tunisie, was launched to strengthen trade, investment and business relations between Tunisia and Sweden. In her remarks, Minister Linde highlighted the potential for increased Swedish exports to Tunisia.
The evening brought together business leaders, officials and friends of both countries for speeches, networking and live music.
